Refund Policy - the basics
🌿 Return & Exchange Policy — Handmade Clay Crafts
At Rangniti, every piece is handcrafted with love, care, and individual attention. Due to the handmade nature of our products, small variations, texture differences, or minor imperfections are normal and add to the uniqueness of each item.
✔ Returns / Refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds on handmade clay items unless:
• You received a wrong product, or
• The item arrived damaged during transit.
For such cases, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:
• Order number
• Unboxing video
• Clear photos of the product
✔ Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted if:
• The wrong item was delivered
• The product arrived damaged
Custom-made or personalised orders cannot be exchanged.
✔ Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
After this time, the crafting process begins and cancellations are not possible.
✔ Non-Returnable Items
Because of hygiene and handmade nature, the following are not returnable:
• Custom orders
• Items bought during sale/discount
